l. Flexible access refers to access and use of information and resources at a time, place and pace that is suitable and convenient to individual learners rather than teacher or educational organization.

m. Students can state and explain the basic concepts in the subjects easily and can participate in discussions of advanced concepts related to subject, using visualization techniques, computer graphics, images are created.

n. Adobe flash is used for animation from 1996.

o. Knowledge transfer becomes easier.

p. Tele medicine is rapidly developing application for clinical medicine, maybe for consulting sometimes remote medical procedure or examination.

q. Tele medicine supported by internet without needing to be moved to a healthcare center, which depends on telemedicine. For eg: Treatment by video conference with the patient.

r. The benefits are : increased student learners, enhanced relation between the educational institute and community.

s. Cost effective and lower environmental impact, and also cut downs the travel and accommodation cost.

With all these beneficial facts, I feel E-learning is NEED OF THE HOUR.
