I Dr Sunilkumar Biradar 2016A batch giving my response for the motion that E-learning is the need of the hour

1) E-Learning is an active process, requires complete involvement of learner. The learner have to be attentive, creative & adaptive to higher process to be a E-Learner.

2) E-Learning can be done from any place getting connected to any part of world.

3) E-Learning helps in accessibility to complete knowledge including recent updates, present trends etc. Any scientific research content is available which not only clears doubt but saves time & cost needed to know.

4) Learning (E-Learning) can be done any time mainly free time irrespective of time whether ill health, other works etc.. So no class to be missed and one can retake the lesson in need.

5) E-Learning mainly helps in Self directed learning leading increased retention & confidence.
